Organizations and community partners
We teach practical AI to the people your organization serves: what it is good for, how to spot a scam that used it, and how to get something useful out of it on the phone they already own. This page is not a brochure. It is the quote, the scope, the measurement plan and the safeguarding paperwork, in the order a funder asks for them.
We work with nonprofits, libraries, settlement agencies and community housing providers across Ontario.
How a partnership runs
Nothing here asks you to commit before you have seen us teach, and nothing asks your funder to take our word for anything.
We run one session for your people at no cost, so you can watch how we teach before anyone writes a funding application about us.
Not a contact form. Twelve questions about who you serve, what you want them to be able to do afterwards, and what your funder needs to see, which is what a real proposal has to be built on.
Grant rules commonly require a written quote for anything over $5,000, and they usually require it dated. You get one you can attach to the application as it stands.
Scoped to the grants that actually exist in this sector, which is roughly $5,000 to $25,000. Fixed price, so a budget line does not move under you halfway through.
Written for your funder rather than for us: what was delivered, who attended, what changed, and what we would do differently next time.
Program packages
Named, scoped and quotable. Pick one as it stands or tell us how it should bend.
Residents and community members, no experience assumed
Anyone being targeted by AI-assisted scams, which is now everyone
The people running your programs, on your systems and your policies
A funded pilot usually lands between $5,000 and $25,000, which is where the grants in this sector sit. The price is fixed once it is quoted, so a budget line does not move under you halfway through the year.
How we measure it
A satisfaction score is not something you can put in a report to a funder, and it is not something we can improve against either.
The same questions before and after: can you do this thing, and how sure are you.
Whether people can spot an AI-assisted scam attempt after the session that they missed before it.
What people actually did with it in the weeks afterwards, asked at a follow-up rather than in the room.
The benchmark, honestly labelled
Comparable funded digital-skills programs report confidence gains in the 74 to 85 per cent range. Those are somebody else's numbers, not ours, and we quote them as the bar we expect to be held to rather than as a result we have produced. Your first report will carry your own figures, and if they come in under that we will say so in it.

Due diligence
Gathered here so you are not chasing us for it a week before a deadline.
Facilitator bios and referees you can call.
[who runs the sessions, what they have delivered before, and who will vouch for them]
Police record checks for anyone working with your participants, and a plain answer on participant privacy: we do not collect personal information about the people in the room, attendance is counted rather than named, and nothing is put into an AI tool.
[which checks are held, by whom, and how current]
Certificate of insurance and business registration, sent with the proposal.

Twelve questions, three of them required. It takes about two minutes and it is what we build the proposal from.
If it helps, we will draft the part of your application that describes the program, the outcomes and the measurement, in language a funder recognizes. You edit it, you submit it, and it costs nothing whether or not the application succeeds.
